R. Allen Smith, Jr. - After graduating law school, attorney Allen Smith looked for a way to help people who had suffered illnesses and injuries while in the work force, but in the past they were not able to find an ally to advocate for their causes. Attorney Smith has the knowledge, litigation skills, and experience to take on those corporations that would deny you of your just treatment and care. With years of knowledge and research, he has provided his clients tens of millions of dollars in awards for those injured by exposure to silica.
